It is amazing news, not an assumption but it is true as PayPal has just activated this feature to all Vietnamese account holder from last night. All Vietnamese PayPal account holders now can buy, sell and withdraw money from their account to Vietnamese local banks.
For other developed countries, this is not HOT news but for more than 80 million Vietnamese people especially bloggers, businessman and companies, PayPal is one of the best online payment system that can save their time and human resource. I myself feel very happy and I do not have to open my USA bank account and USA PayPal account as it will take much time and very complicated in deed.
For the past 2-3 years ago, PayPal is something out of our reach as I thought that it would take many years for Vietnam to be included in the supporting nations list. Of course, we could still send money through credit card but the most wanted feature such as “receive” and “withdrawal” were not available. Therefore, I could not sell my products and receive money through PayPal. However, everything is fine now and October 14, 2009 was my memory as PayPal officially opened for Vietnam that time.
This news, as said by many bloggers who are my regular readers, is much more important than the news when Google open adsense for contents in Vietnam. It is true as Google Adsense is only revenue share network among many other profitable programs out there on the internet. If the payment system does not work and you can not receive and withdraw your earned cash, so why should you make money online? Do you agree with me on this point?
No more to say, just sit down, configure my PayPal account and direct all referral programs payment to my new PayPal and calculate $$$

I just saw your blog about withdrawing paypal moneyt to vietnamese bank accounts. I have recently set this up but any withdrawals I make get returned. Do you know how to se up this bank account in Paypal. I think I write the wrong name. My bank statment name is Nhan Thanh Thao and paypal states the name must be exact. Do you know how I must set up my name in paypal. They have surname and first name. Should it be:
first name: Thao Thanh and Last name: Nhan
first name: Thanh Thao and Last name: Nhan
first name: Nhan and Last name: Thanh Thao

You are right! Your name on PayPal and on your bank account must be consistent. You should use your first name as Nhan and your last Name as Thanh Thao when you set up your withdrawal. Is your name now at Paypal has 3 elements: Nhanh Thanh Thao? If it is only Nhan Thao or so, you must contact PayPal to get it set up. However, there is another reason that could cause your withdrawal request returned is that your bank has not accepted this transfer. What type of credit card have you used to verify your PP? What bank is it?
